Job Description:
Join Palgrow.com as a Spanish Customer Service Representative and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to our Spanish-speaking clients. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information in Spanish, while also utilizing English for training materials and resources. This is a remote position with training provided over a period of three weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Field inbound calls and emails from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers about our products and services, guiding them through the website building process and explaining features and functionalities.
- Provide consultation on new products and services, assisting customers in selecting the best solutions to meet their needs.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and daily sales targets.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply solid sales techniques to understand customer needs and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating web-based applications and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Salary:
- During training: $15 per hour
- After completion of training: $17 per hour
