Job Description:

Join Palgrow.com as a Spanish Customer Service Representative and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to our Spanish-speaking clients. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information in Spanish, while also utilizing English for training materials and resources. This is a remote position with training provided over a period of three weeks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Field inbound calls and emails from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and technical issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Educate customers about our products and services, guiding them through the website building process and explaining features and functionalities.
  3. Provide consultation on new products and services, assisting customers in selecting the best solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and daily sales targets.
  5. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Apply solid sales techniques to understand customer needs and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
  7. Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  2. Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating web-based applications and software.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Salary:

  • During training: $15 per hour
  • After completion of training: $17 per hour
