Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute podcast episodes from inception to publication.
2. Conduct pre-interviews, research topics, and develop compelling storylines.
3. Coordinate recording sessions, manage equipment setup, and ensure audio quality.
4. Edit audio recordings, mix sound elements, and add music and effects for a polished final product.
5. Collaborate with hosts, guests, and other team members to create engaging and informative content.
6. Manage podcast distribution platforms, upload episodes, and engage with the audience through social media channels.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of our podcast productions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in podcast production, audio editing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
• Knowledge of podcasting platforms and social media promotion strategies.

Salary:
